What’s NOT Included in the Price
Food: Participants will have access to kitchen facilities throughout the program and can expect to spend about $50 on food per week if they prepare it themselves.
Travel insurance: During their time at the program, participants must carry travel insurance meeting certain guidelines. This can be expected to cost about $40 to $100, depending on their age.
Transportation to and from the program: Round-trip airfare can be expected to cost approximately $1,700 if flying from Beijing.
Rabies vaccine: Participants must provide, upon arrival at the program, documentation demonstrating that they have been vaccinated for rabies.
US visa: The application fee for a US visa is $160.
